Lower rate, minimum term
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly plans run for a minimum term — that commitment is what earns the lower per-capture rate. One-off captures have no commitment.
Cheaper extra sites
Your first site is full rate; sites 2–3 are 5% cheaper and sites 4+ are 10% cheaper — so onboarding several sites lowers your per-site cost.
Travel done for you
Travel is included within 50 km of Ballarat. Beyond that it's a flat $3/km per visit — worked out from each site's address.

Is there a lock-in?
Only the minimum term on recurring plans (so the lower rate is fair both ways). One-off captures have no commitment.
What if my site is regional?
No problem — anything beyond 50 km of Ballarat just adds a flat $3/km per visit, worked out automatically from the address.
Do multiple sites really cost less?
Yes — sites 2–3 are 5% cheaper and every site from the 4th is 10% cheaper, so the more sites you run with us, the lower your per-site cost.
