Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the Aereum website, our booking process, the client portal and the photography services we provide. By using our site or booking with us, you agree to them.

About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Aereum. If you're booking on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our site or services.
Our services
Aereum provides scheduled aerial and property photography, with deliverables published to a secure client portal. Because our work involves drone flights, delivery can be affected by weather, airspace restrictions, aviation rules and site access, and captures may be rescheduled where needed for safety or compliance.
Bookings, quotes and pricing
- Prices shown on the site (for example, “from $490 a capture”) are starting prices and estimates. Your final quote is confirmed before work begins.
- A booking made online is a request. It becomes confirmed once we've reviewed it and locked in your first capture time.
- Pricing may vary with the number of sites, capture frequency and travel distance, as set out on our booking page.
Payment and invoicing
Unless agreed otherwise, work is invoiced according to your plan, and invoices are available in your client portal. Please pay by the due date shown on each invoice. We may pause captures on overdue accounts.
Rescheduling and cancellations
- We may reschedule a capture due to weather, airspace or safety — we'll aim to complete it as close to the planned date as conditions allow.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as you can. Fees may apply for late cancellations of a confirmed booking.
- Ongoing plans may have a minimum term, which we'll make clear before you commit.
Flight operations and safety
Our drone operations are carried out in accordance with the applicable Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) rules. We may decline, pause or abort a flight where it isn't safe or permitted — for example in restricted airspace, unsafe weather, or without appropriate site access.
Your photos and how they can be used
Aereum retains copyright in the photography and other deliverables we create. Once your invoice is paid, we grant you a licence to use your deliverables for your own business purposes — such as progress records, reporting, marketing and sales.
We may use non-identifying imagery in our own portfolio and marketing. If you'd prefer we didn't use your project this way, just let us know and we'll respect that.
Your client portal account
- Keep your login details secure and don't share them.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- Don't misuse the portal or attempt to access data that isn't yours.
Your responsibilities
Please give us accurate site details and ensure we have lawful access to the locations we're capturing. Where a site is private property or has specific access or safety requirements, you're responsible for arranging the necessary permissions.
Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Liability
We provide our services with due care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss connected with our services is limited to re-supplying the affected service or the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be dealt with by the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date shown at the top. Continuing to use our site or services means you accept the updated terms.
