Custom software that works with Pipedrive
Pipedrive is built around the pipeline, which suits a business that sells. The gaps are usually before and after the deal: the enquiry that has to be typed in, and the job that starts once it's won.
Discuss your projectJobs a Pipedrive connection can take off your plate
- Website enquiries arrive as leads with the source, owner and a follow-up activity already set
- A quote from your own calculator creates the deal with the right value and products
- Winning a deal kicks off onboarding: welcome email, portal login, first job booked
- A weekly summary of new leads, won deals and stalled ones lands in your inbox
These are examples of what's possible. Your project starts with how your business works, not this list.
How it connects
Pipedrive has a REST API covering people, organisations, leads, deals and activities, plus webhooks that fire when records change. Access uses an API token or an app you approve, and can be revoked.
Good to know
- Custom fields are fine. We agree which fields the integration owns so nothing gets overwritten.
- Some automation features depend on your Pipedrive plan. This is checked before quoting.
